Shelby West Corporate Park

Shelby West Corporate Park is 400-acre master designed industrial park in the heart of the Southern Automotive Corridor and the Southern Birmingham industrial sub-market. The park sits alongside I-65 in Shelby County- one of Alabama’s fastest-growing counties. The entire park is zoned for Light Manufacturing and is within the City of Montevallo. A 10-acre site is still available in the park for development.

Columbiana Industrial Park

Columbiana Industrial Park is centrally located in the heart of Shelby County- one of Alabama’s fastest-growing counties. The park is located just west of Downtown Columbiana along Industrial Parkway and Highway 70. Notable park tenants include Kontane Logistics, Dunn Fabricators, Smarter Furnishings, and ABSCO. Shelby Commerce Park

Shelby Commerce Park is a 150-acre industrial development located on Hwy 31 in Calera, Alabama- just 1.5 miles from I-65 Exit 231. Developed by Graham and Company from 2003 to 2006, Shelby Commerce Park is a four-phased distribution development with four buildings ranging from 208,000 SF to 575,000 SF.
