Amy Sturdivant

President & CEO
Contact Amy for Corporate & Community Investment

Amy leads the 58 INC team with more than 20 years of public and private sector work with communities in Alabama and Illinois. She works closely with the board to set strategic direction and manage the organization. Bringing the spirit of teamwork and collaboration for each project Amy seeks to add lasting value to Shelby County with each project, seeking win-win scenarios for communities and those investing in them. Amy serves on the board of both BIO Alabama and Southeast Life Sciences – connecting companies, investors, and entrepreneurial talent and has served as an Alabama Launchpad Judge. She also serves on the Alabama District Export Council and the Shelby County Chamber Board.


Reid M. Knight

Reid brings several years of experience in driving Alabama-based economic development and real estate investment. With a passion for fostering dynamic live-work-play communities, Reid has successfully raised over $71 million of equity investments for Opportunity Zone real estate developments in Alabama. In his role at 58 INC, Reid is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract and retain businesses, conducting risk-adjusted underwriting, and facilitating meaningful stakeholder engagement. Reid’s expertise, statewide network, and collaborative approach helps drive 58 INC’s mission of creating a vibrant and sustainable economy for the Shelby County community.


Bradley Paramore

Bradley is an economic development specialist with the 58 INC team. He received his master’s degree in economic development from the University of Southern Mississippi and his bachelor’s degree from Troy University and participated in the EDAA summer internship program in 2021. He provides data and details for site selection in Shelby County.
